The Bedford parish of the SERBIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH is organising a Humanitarian Evening at Balkan Express to raise donations for our great soldier and athlete Milan Šolaja. Milan was an active soldier in Kosovo in 1999. Unfortunately, a few years later, he suffered a car accident which paralysed him to the waist.
The accident didn't stop Milan from pursuing sports and he became European Champion and World Vice-Champion in "Diving". In order to continue competing in sports, Milan needs a sports wheelchair, so we ask all charitable people to come together at Balkan Express on Sunday, November 17th and help us raise the necessary funding for Milan's wheelchair.
Humanitarian evening will be held at Balkan Express, 17.11. 2019 starting at 4:00 PM until late at night.
The dinner ticket is £ 15.00.
