On the anniversary of the expulsion of Serbs from Krajina following "Operation Storm", so-called, please inform local clergy that memorial services are to be held in our churches for all the victims. Memorials should be served on the nearest Saturday or Sunday after the Holy Liturgy. Do this every year at the appointed date.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that requests or petitions to hold the Holy Sacrement of marriage during periods of fsting should no longer be made to your local priests, since they will no longer be taken into consideration.
